Using the Diversity Management and Compliance System, the Contractor Qualification Statement Application process first requires the applicant to log in to the system if you have an existing account or to create an account. This should take only a couple of minutes. After submitting your account registration, you will automatically be logged into the system and directed to complete our Public Works Construction Contractor Qualification Statement Application. Benefits of registration include the ability to receive notification of upcoming procurement opportunities.
All construction contractors interested in submitting bids on Milwaukee County Public Works construction projects as a prime contractor are required to complete our Public Works Construction Contractor Qualification Statement Application and attach the supporting documents. Subcontractors are not required to complete this process.
Only the firm named in the Public Works Construction Contractor Qualification Statement Application is eligible for award of a Milwaukee County Public Works construction contract.
